Hi! I’m Molly — a writer, editor, founder, creative strategist, and mother on a mission to prove that personal storytelling is the most potent force we have for shaping culture. I’ve launched cult-favorite brands, edited fashion and design magazines (Vogue, Nylon, Domino), and built communities where thousands of artists, seekers, and secret geniuses wrestle their wildest stories into being. My essays on motherhood, family dynamics, and feminist identity appear regularly in The Cut.
In 2018, I founded the Brooklyn Writers Collective in the basement of my Williamsburg apartment. Today, it’s a global storytelling community of artists and entrepreneurs. My clients have published in The New York Times, The Rumpus, and New York Magazine, landed major book deals, and broken free from the stories that once kept them in cages. In 2011, I launched Stone Fox Bride, the wedding brand that flipped the bridal industry on its head. Fast Company named me one of the Most Creative People in Business
I’m also the creator of The Soft Core—a cult-favorite Substack and live storytelling salon exploring creativity, intimacy, and the raw edge of personal narrative.
I hold degrees from Brown and The New School, and I live in Woodstock with my daughters.
If you’re ready to scale your voice, sharpen your story, and create lasting impact, let’s talk.
